My Take

There’s something special about a homemade Marmorkuchen. The beautiful swirls make every slice unique, and the aroma filling the kitchen while it bakes is hard to beat. I prefer this version because it’s not overly sweet, allowing the vanilla and cocoa flavors to shine. It’s the kind of cake that’s just as welcome at a family gathering as it is during a quiet afternoon coffee break.
