Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato, diced (optional)
  • 1 lime or lemon, juiced
  • 1–2 tbsp tbsp fresh coriander (cilantro), chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼  tsp black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)

  • 1 Medium mixing bowl
  • 1 Fork
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados with a fork until you reach your desired consistency. Leave it slightly chunky or mash until smooth.
  3. Add the finely chopped red onion, diced tomato (if using), lime juice, and chopped coriander.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Gently mix everything together until well combined.
  6. Serve immediately
